M-F 40 hours; Flex 8 hours/day 6a-5pEarly Intervention Specialist (EIS II) can assist the client with industrial/office ergonomics and jobsite analysis.
Develop multi-site reports, serve as lead for multistaff locations and support the AWS injury triage line.
Support EIS 1 through mentorship program.

Responsibilities:
Participate with employer on job site evaluations Support the injury triage app through active performance of service Collect multi-site data reviews and consolidate into enterprise reports.
Participate as a EIS mentor, alerting Industry Manager for critical performance issues Serve as leader of group when client site utilizes multiple EIS's.
Ensure communication of leadership messages, alert IM of site-specific concerns The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required Bachelors Degree in Allied Health Professional degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Min Experience Required:
2 years' experience in the industrial setting Or 5 years experience in a professional setting Knowledge Skills and Abilities Be SME on data interface and client reporting.
Participate as a coach to EIS Level 1 employees The ability to interact with employees, line supervisors, engineers, and leaders to follow-up on injury trends and initiatives.

Certified/Licensed AT or PTA CPR #LI-KH4Salary:
Flexibleper hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
